How to help your customers receive this trade up offer? Just follow these 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Ruckus VARs must fill out a Trade Up Request Form (enclosed in this document) including end customer information, trade up product information. After filling in the trade up request form, the VAR must submit a deal registration (referencing the trade up offer promo code) from the Ruckus Wireless Partner Portal. Please note down the deal registration number.

Step 2: On completing step 1, the VAR must submit the completed form and the deal registration number/id to their Ruckus Wireless inside sales manager (Click here) for approval. Upon approval, VARs will receive the special discounted pricing through our distributors as stated above.

Step 3: Once end customers complete the purchase, decommissioning of their existing access points and deploying the new Ruckus access point, they can go to the PureWRX microsite (http://ruckus.tradewrx.com) to request $200 USD or $100 USD trade up credit per access point directly from our vendor partner, PureWRX. End customers will be asked to submit the copy of their purchase invoice from the VARs along with trade up details. PureWRX will coordinate with the end customers directly to collect the decommissioned access points and issue the payment.

Terms and Conditions:

• For end customer to claim rebate, VAR must provide invoice to customer.

• To qualify for this offer, VARs must submit the POS to Ruckus distributor by September 30, 2015.

• The access points traded in need to be in working condition and returned by December 30th 2015 to qualify for this offer.

• The end user is responsible for returning the assets to PureWRX, who will validate the purchase, collect the decommissioned access points and release the funds.

• This offer cannot be combined with any; other promotional offers, special pricing programs/agreements/vehicles, Ruckus SLED and Hospitality program. Please inquire with your Ruckus Regional Sales Manager, if your purchase qualifies for Trade-UP Cash back offer.
