PRACTICAL SUPPORTIVE EFFECTIVE ITS ALL ABOUT RESULTS V15 RTO 32328 CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WHITE CARD TRAINING CPCCWHS1001 – PREPARE TO WORK SAFELY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY QUEENSLAND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WHITE CARD INDUCTION DURATION 6 hours COURSE OUTLINE This course provides new workers in the building and construcon industry with the introductory knowledge & skills required to enter and work on construcon and building sites unescorted. Key training will include; Idenfying hazards on a construcon site Assessing risks and implemenng controls to eliminate or reduce risks associated with construcon work Understanding basic concepts of safe work method statements, job safety analysis and the use of safe work pracces in the construcon industry Knowledge & understanding of the principles in a risk management system and how to assess and use the hierarchy of controls Knowledge of how to follow emergency procedures The correct use and limitaons of personal protecve equipment. Face to face training delivery in Qld subject to the exempon for students residing in a rural area, as defined in appendix 1, will be used to facilitate the underpinning knowledge requirements for this training. Appendix 1—Where a candidate resides a distance of 100 kilometres or more from any RTO offering face to face delivery of CPCCWHS1001 course. CPCCWHS1001 – PREPARE TO WORK SAFELY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

QUEENSLAND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WHITE CARD INDUCTION

DURATION 6 hours

COURSE OUTLINE

This course provides new workers in the building and construction industry with the introductory knowledge & skills required to enter and work on construction and building sites unescorted. Key training will include;

Identifying hazards on a construction site

Assessing risks and implementing controls to eliminate or reduce risks associated with construction work

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

COURSE COSTS

A total fee of $150 per person which covers all course materials, administration, training facility and catering costs.

LOCATION OF TRAINING

Our training centre is located in Gladstone, Central Queensland. Alternately courses can be booked for any location where appropriate facilities can be provided.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

There are provisions for Recognition of Prior Learning & Recognition of Current Competency where applicable interstate equivalent qualifications apply.
