~DELIVERY FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW~• Our delivery fees are based on mileage, directness of routes, and our own personal driving experiences.• Scheduling is never easy! We regret we cannot commit to a time of day; however, we will do our best to indicate AM or PM.• It is not necessary that you be present for your delivery. Provide us with instructions at the time of purchase, mark the area with a designated item or our stake and we will do everything in our power to see that your needs are met. Please note we cannot be responsible for product delivered in the wrong area if the area was not properly marked.• When deciding where you would like your materials dumped, please check the area for overhead wires, low tree limbs, etc. Also take into consideration the height clearance required by our trucks while dumping.• Unless a particular truck size is specified, for scheduling purposes, Landscapers Depot reserves the right to send a truck that may be larger than necessary to complete your order. • Sorry, we cannot deliver ½ yards.• Class 1 or 2=15’ ht clearance, Class 3=20’ ht clearance, Class 4=25’–30’ ht clearance. Return Policy• All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt. Any Pavers or Retaining Wall block product must be returned within 45 days from date of purchase due to color lot variations. After 45 days from date of purchase, they will no longer be accepted for return. • All items must be returned as they were sold. Example:pavers sold as a layer or as a full pallet must be returned as a full layer and full pallet.• We do not accept partial or opened pallets of Natural Stone.• There is absolutely no return of Bulk Bark Mulch, Loam, Aggregates, Cultured stone or Special Orders.• If we pick up product to be returned to our location, there is a standard 20% restocking fee & pick-up will be at our convenience. • Refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was originally made, up to 45 days from date of purchase. • All checks must wait 10 days to clear for a cash refund. Stuck building a wall?Building a dry stone retaining wall is a challenge. In addition to holding back the weight of the earth it is meant to retain, it must survive the surrounding area’s freeze and thaw cycles, and be visually appealing.Depending on the size and weight of the stones used to construct the wall, the tools and materials for the project will vary. Landscape fabric and crushed stone or gravel are commonly used to create a base that allows moisture to drain. Proper drainage is essential. Water buildup can exaggerate freeze and thaw cycles, forcing the wall out of its intended shape, or worse, toppling sections altogether.We have a full time knowledgeable staff that can answer any questions you may have. stone Pennsylvania Blue Stone is a unique sand stone found only in Northeastern Pennsylvania, mostly

in Susquehanna County. Pennsylvania Blue Stone obtained its name from its typically blue color. It is marketed in two types; Dimensional (architectural grade) is used for stair steps, window and door fixtures, counter tops, and tabletops. Flagstone, is used for walkways and patios. As sediment was compressed into rock, minerals carried by groundwater through rock deposits created other colors, including blue, green, various earth tones, and lilac, or a combination of these shades. Pennsylvania Blue Stone is a strong, stable stone that resists cracking and won’t discolor.

Landscapers Depot’s designer will meet you at your home and conduct a comprehensive site assessment and analysis. An interview will help our designer work cooperatively with you to focus on priorities and potentials for the site.

The design/consultation fee is $90.00 per hour that includes a 50% return benefit. Half (50%) of the design/consultation fee is credited back to you in a non-transferable gift certificate that may be applied to the purchase of any products from Landscapers Depot. We require a retainer of 50% of the estimated design quote at the initial meeting.
