Roulette Holdings is a Limited Liability Company formed and organized in the State of Michigan. It is a privately owned and operated company that focuses on innovative gaming equipment. We are positioning ourselves to capture a niche market of the younger segment, 100 billion dollar U.S. Gaming industry. Presently, the initial focus of the company is to market a new casino table game, 54 Card Roulette®. 54 Card Roulette® is a new and captivating casino table game that combines aspects of poker and roulette. It was granted a Design Patent in the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent No. USD 569, 918S and a Utility Patent in the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent No. US 8,590,898 B2. A working prototype has been built for live demonstrations of the functioning game. 54 Card Roulette® may be played with as many as ten players and a dealer, who deals 5 cards from a standard 52 card-deck and two jokers, thus the name 54 Card Roulette. Blue and yellow jokers are utilized for this game. There are three different betting options that players can choose. These options include betting eight different poker hands, four bets for a progressive jackpot and five rounds of roulette bets. 54 Card Roulette® combines all of the elements of poker and roulette to entertain its players. It blends the thrills of a poker game, and the spontaneity of a roulette wheel. But unlike the traditional roulette wheel, a 54-ceck of cards is used. 54 Card Roulette® offers multiple ways to wager bets. These betting options capture the player’s attention, builds excitement and offers a range of favorable probabilities and odds for the house.

Another attractive feature that 54 Card Roulette® offers is, four different multi-site Progressive Jackpots. These progressive jackpots give 54 Card Roulette® an extra dimension and multiple streams of revenue for the owners of the game. For example, a “five of a kind” poker hand wagered with a progressive bet can payout as much as $25,000 to the player. Currently, we are interviewing companies to conduct certified statistical analysis that will calculate house edge and various game odds. Also, a computer simulation from two independent test labs will be conducted. This stage allows us to register the game in different States. This game appeals to an extensive demographic of players, and will generate huge excitement, interest and energy as we introduce to Casinos throughout United States. Currently Roulette Holdings, LLC has an electronic patent pending for this game online, via slot machines and on freestanding consoles.

Rules of play, dealing procedures and payout schedule

1. Let the games begin

2. Dealer Shuffles by hand or with an automatic shuffle machine. A standard deck of 52 cards, plus two Jokers consisting of 54 cards, hence 54 Card Roulette.

3. Between one and ten players can play. They may buy in with either cash or casino checks, and receive unique colored chips. Each player is designated their own unique color. The value of each of these chips varies based on the player's buy in. Once the values are established by the dealer, he places a value marker on top of one chip of that color in the dealer area.

4. (A) Players may place bets in any area of the table before the first card is dealt. 54 Card Roulette combines all of the elements of poker and roulette. But unlike traditional roulette games, it offers many different ways to bet and many more ways of winning as outlined below:

The first bet in the field may include, 1) One card bet (Any single one card bet including a Joker) 2) Two cards bet (Two cards that are split including Jokers) 3) Four cards corner bet (Four corners touching four cards) 4) Four card rank bet (Any Jacks, Kings, Deuces, etc.) 5) Eight-card street bet

6) Thirteen cards bet, any suit bet (♠♥♣♦) 7) Sixteen cards bet, any ace or face (A, K, Q or J)

8) Twenty-six-cards bet, two suits red or black (♥♦ or ♠♣) 9) Thirty-six cards, any number bet ( 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or 10)

(B) Players may place a onetime bet towards the progressive jackpot by

placing a dollar into the "Progressive Jackpot" slot in front of each player. If a Poker Hand is made, the player is paid as follows for the Progressive Jackpot.

Progressive Bets Payouts 5 of a kind 100% of the Progressive Jackpot Royal Flush 60% of the Progressive Jackpot Straight Flush 30% of the Progressive Jackpot 4 of a kind Pays 10% of the Progressive Jackpot

To win the Poker hand or the “Progressive Jackpot, the player has to wait until all five single card betting rounds are completed. If the five cards result in making a poker hand, that could include one or both jokers, players will be paid accordingly. Jokers are wild and only the best poker hand wins.

(C) There are a total of 8 poker bets the player could place. In order to win any poker hand bet, the player has to wait until all five single roulette-betting rounds are completed, resulting in all five cards showing and making a potential poker hand. If a Joker appears as part of the five cards shown, it counts as a wild card and only the best poker hand wins.

Poker bet payouts are outlined below:

Poker Bets Payout 1. One Pair l to l 2. Three of a Kind 3 to l 3. Straight pays 40 to 1

5. Once all of the Roulette, Poker and Progressive Jackpot bets are placed, the dealer will close all betting and will announce “No more bets." At this point there are no further Poker hand bets or Progressive Jackpot bets allowed until all five cards have been dealt.

6. The dealer removes the first card from the shoe, keeping it face down and places it in the box marked card 1. This is a burn card. The purpose for this is to further randomize the order of the cards, and lend integrity to the game by not exposing the cards that will be in play. After the burn card is dealt, the dealer immediately removes another card from the shoe and flips it on top of the burn card in the box marked card 1.

The value of this card is marked in the field with a glass marker, and all bets in the field that correlate to the card marked are paid. The remaining loosing bets are cleared from the table and placed into an automatic sorter.

7. The winning Roulette bets are paid as follows:

9. Thirty-six cards any number bet ( 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 or 10) 0.5 to 1

8. After all the winners of the Roulette hand are paid, the dealer removes the marker from the field and the winning players are to take their winnings. No single bets are allowed on the square corresponding to the cards that are out. This will be blocked electronically by lighting that square or manually so that players do not place any bet on that square. Once again, the field betting is open. Now the players are now betting on the outcome of card 2.

9. This process repeats from step 6 to 8, until five cards have been shown. After the fifth card has been dealt and marked, if any winning poker hand is made, the dealer will announce the best "poker hand.” from the five cards that were dealt. A player may use one or both jokers as wild cards, to make the best five-card poker hand. The dealer will announce the best five card poker hand. Next, the dealer clears the losing poker hand bets and pays the winning bets.

Finally, if the winning poker hits the "Progressive Jackpot" all winners are paid according. If there are multiple winners, the payout will be divided equally amongst the players. If there are no Progressive Jackpot winners the losing bets are added to the Progressive Jackpot Pot total.

10. After all of the bets are paid, the dealer lifts the glass marker, removes the deck from the shoe, gathers up the five cards showing and the 5 burned cards. At this point the dealer shuffles the 54 card deck and the process starts all over again at step 1.
