DESCRIPTION

53 year old male presented with failing 3 unit bridge. A retained root tip at the crest was removed during standard implant placement. Alternative carrier with blue mouse is shown. Root tip removal created small defect in the ridge, a locally harvest bone chip is used to graft an exposed threat.
