10. ALL WOOD IN CONTACT WITH MASONRY OR CONCRETE SHALL BE PRESSURETREATED WITH AN APPROVED PRESERVATIVE.

11. FINAL CLEANUP AND DISPOSAL: REMOVE DEBRIS, RUBBISH AND WASTEMATERIAL FROM THE SITE TO A LAWFUL DISPOSAL AREA AND PAY ALLHAULING AND DUMPING COST. CONFORM TO PERTAINING FEDERAL, STATE,AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS AND ORDERS UPON COMPLETION OFWORK. ALL CONSTRUCTIONS AREAS SHALL BE LEFT VACCUM-CLEAN ANDFREE FROM DEBRIS. CLEAN ALL DUST, DIRT, STAINS, AND MARKS, PAINT, SPOTS,DROPPINGS, AND OTHER BLEMISHES.

12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY SERVICES, LABOR ANDEQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF WORK.CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE DUST CONTROLAND "NESHAP" REQUIREMENTS.
