Ron paints with M. Graham & Co. watercolors. Other brands are acceptable.

Colors:

• Ultramarine Blue - Provided by M.Graham & Company

• Burnt Sienna - Provided by M.Graham & Company

• Yellow Ochre - Provided by M.Graham & Company

• Cad Yellow Lt

• Cerulean Blue

• Alizarin Crimson

• Dioxazine Purple

• Cad Red Lt

• Sap Green

• Chinese White

Specialty Colors: Optional but recommended.

• Maroon Perylene

• Azo Orange

• Cobalt Teal

Brushes: Any Large round & Flat brushes Ron paints with a Large quill size 12, 10, 7 Rounds, 12, 10

Specialty Brushes: Optional Dagger, rigger, scrubber

Paper: Ron prefers Saunders Waterford, but other brands are acceptable. Arches, Sanders, Fabriano, 140LB Cold Press

Each student should have a full sheet per day. You will be encouraged to work on 1/2 sheet size or large W/C Blocks.

Sketchbook: Each student should bring a sketchbook. Ron uses the Aquabee Super Deluxe 9x12 or 11x14. Any size is acceptable.

Ron paints on an easel. Students should bring gator board/painting board to support their paintings.

Additional Materials: Pencil or lead holder, household sponge, watercolor palette, water container and masking tape. Students are encouraged to bring reference photos.
