Rome is the capital of Italy. It has a population of 4.3millions residents and it’s one of the most visited cities in Europe because it’s got an incredible history and fantastic monuments.

HISTORY OF ROME

The history of the city of Rome began in the 753BC the legend says that the twins Romulo and Remo founded the city.Rome was the capital of the Roman,kingdom,republic and empire.After the fall of the Roman Empire Rome is the capital of the Papal States in the Middle Age .Rome was the first metropolis in the history and one of the most important cities in the Middle Age.

Rome was the capital of the Roman Empire and the emperors built a lot of monuments that now we can visit.
