  2. 2. Rome is an italian city founded by Romulus and Remus, according to tradition, both raised by a wolf. It is the Italy's province and one of the most populated cities. In the course of its history, which lasts three millenniums, it was one of the great metropolis of Humanity. ROME
  3. 3. PANTHEON Pantheon is a circular temple erected by Hadrian in Rome, between the years 118 and 125 AD entirely built on the ruins of the temple erected in the 27th. C. by Agrippa, destroyed by a fire in 80, dedicated to all gods.
  4. 4. COLOSSEUM The Colosseum is an amphitheater of the period of the Roman Empire, built in the first century building in central Rome.
  5. 5. TREVI FOUNTAIN It is the largest and most famous of the monumental Baroque fountains in Rome.
  6. 6. ARCH OF CONSTANTINE The Arch of Constantine is a triumphal arch located between the Colosseum and the Palatine Hill in Rome. He rose to commemorate the victory of Constantine the Great in the Battle of Milvian Bridge on 28 October 312, and other previous emperors.
  7. 7. TRADITIONS One of the main celebrations of the Romanesque popular tradition was the fifteenth to the nineteenth century, the carnival. A current Roman folk custom are the dives into the Tiber during New Year celebrations.

  9. 9. NAPLES Naples is the most populous city of southern Italy, capital of the region of Campania and of the province of Naples.
