PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATEParticipation Certificates will be released on May 22 nd to all the registered participants from the Secretariat when required.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGESlides must be prepared in English; presentation and discussion will be indifferently in Italian or English language.
SLIDE CENTERPersonal Computers cannot be connected directly to the projector. Faculty members are kindly required to deliver their presentations to the slide center at least 30 minutes before the beginning of their sessions.
Presentations will have to be prepared on Microsoft Power Point (.ppt) and in 16:9 format and will have to be saved on a USB pen drive.
SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATIONDuring the congress simultaneous translation from italian to english and from english to italian is provided.
AWARDSThe best Presentation of the Abstract Sessions and the best Rapid Paper Presentation, according to the Judges’ opinion, will be awarded during the Closing Remarks.
