the production; they have to approve the team that

they bring together. Producers are the ones who

steer a production to completion, and most times

success. During pre-production producers are the

ones who bring the team members together and go

forward with the production.

Have experience of working in the film industry.

Have excellent communication skills.

Understand the creative processes of filmmaking.

Be self-motivated.

The Job?

The producer is practically in charge of

anyone participating in the production. They

give instructions to the Director on the

schedule and they are also the ones who

agree to the story idea of the production.

The role itself is very important for the whole

production.
