This portfolio provides a visual
synopsis of Rogate schemes
built over the last 15 years. The
schemes are both contemporary

Rogate is a niche developer of residential and
commercial property. This portfolio provides
a synopsis of our work over the last 15 years.
Each of our schemes has its own individual
identity, is architect designed and built to a high
standard of finish.
Rogate have a reputation for developing quality
schemes in select locations and by exercising
tight control over their design, specification and
construction we provide outstanding homes for both
our residential purchasers and commercial tenants.
Our developments enhance their surroundings and
we undertake both traditional and contemporary
designed schemes, depending on the particular
opportunity that each site presents.
Our ongoing strategy is to continue to concentrate
on the discerning buyer and tenant and to provide
schemes that meet their ongoing aspirations.
