• Our service from planning to installation provide long term & superior storage solutions. We get to know our customers and requirements through personal relationships prior going to design.

• The Grain are living organs. They require fresh air to breath. The temperature & moisture are key factors for safe storage. The high temp 21° c to 43°c accelerates the life of destructive organism. At 50° c most of food grain get killed. The respiration of grain stops at 50° c. The grain viability and germination reduced to zero level. The grains are to be cooled before storage. Grain heat create problems due to condensation. Rate of respiration of heated grains will be high. Lower temp. greater retarding influence on respiration. If in stored wheat temp. is risen to 66° c damages are caused to both germination & gluten value. Hence not economical & viable. Temp. below 15°c retard insect reproduction & development. At 10°c for long time will result death of insects. Moisture content 10 to 12 % ( Wet Basis ) for storage preferable with Aeration for safe Storage.

TERATION SYSTEM

PRECAUTION FOR STORAGE• Clean the grain before storage Dry grain to safe moisture content recommended, cool

grain, fill grain when out side relative humidity may not be more than 65% storage silo is to be cleaned properly & disinfected before storage. Grain are to be cooled during storage & heat of respiration be removed through Aeration for longer & Safe storage. Temp. of grain is to be measured twice or thrice in day at all prefixed levels & location through temp. Monitor & Control system. During aeration, monitor temp at interval of 12 hrs. for uniformly in grain mass at prefixed levels & locations. No aeration when R.H more than 65 %. No aeration when ambient temp. higher than grain temp. Respiration rate to be lower hence moisture content should be optimum. Insecticide not to mix with grain. No good for human consumption. Consider the Dry material loss at 0.5 % i.e 5 kg/M.T during storage

Silo Loading :- Four truck standing on road near Dumping Hopper. The bags would be

dumped on grill of Hopper & bag get emptied manually. Also bulk wheat receiving from market is

to be encouraged to save bags cost & handling cost. From Dumping hopper to Intake Elevator to

cleaning to distribution chain conveyor to silos, the wheat will be loaded to fill full capacity.

Silo Unloading :- From the silos outlet the wheat will be discharged through discharge

chain conveyor to feeding elevator to loading Silo & then through Rotary feeder the wheat will be fed

in to dumper of 10 Tons cap. when 10 Tons loaded in the dumper feeding stops automatically.
