Taking vital signs, LMP. Health teaching and counseling pregnant women on how to manage

common discomfort during pregnancy.

LEARNING INSIGHTS: In order to achieve our goals and objective as a health worker in the community we need

patience and courage. In counseling we must be a good listener in order to build trust between patience and

yourself by asking questions that shows our interest in their situation.

ISSUES/CONCERNS: More supply of first aid kit. Some BHS needs some repair and repainting. Some in the community always asking about the schedule of immunization. 4 P’s beneficiaries still don’t have their own toilet.

RECOMMENDATION: Immunization must be done according to schedule. More supply of first aid kit. Strict implementation of guidelines to the 4P’s beneficiaries.
