Important Notice Change in Meeting

Reservations Deadline Because Victorian Square now has to order food supplies on Monday rather than Tuesday, the new deadline for reservations will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday the week preceeding the meeting date.

April Meeting Annual Business

The nominating committee, Becky Layne, ch., Barbara Satterfield, and Karen Cooper presented the nominees for office for 2014-2015.

Also, the members of the audit committee were elected: Jerry Wallick, ch., Becky Layne and Barbara Satterfield. Committee chairs and events chairs submitted their yearly reports to be used in compiling the President’s report to be presented at the state convention and serve as a basis for awards at the convention.

Betty Ragle’s 90th On Sunday, April 27th a reception in honor of Betty Ragle’s 90th birthday was held at Victorian Square. Betty enjoyed visits from her church family and community friends as well as several members of Rockwood BPW. Reservations for meetings: You will be contacted each month by the chair or a member of that month’s committee to ascertain the number of members attending so that Victorian Square and the committee will be prepared for the meeting. Reservations deadline is 10:00 a.m. Monday the week preceding the meeting. If you make a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, you must cancel with the committee chair no later than 10:00 a.m. Monday morning one week prior to the meeting. Anyone making a reservation and not canceling by the appointed time willed be billed for the meal as Rockwood BPW is responsible for payment for the number of reservations submitted. [The buffet meal includes all drinks, etc.] Members will pay at the meeting. The treasurer will give Victorian Square total payment.
