Step Action Why 1 Use the bathroom, wash face with cold water I want to feel awake and avoid going back to bed. 2 Drink 500 ml water I want to hydrate myself 3 Do 15 push up I want to train my body, and shake it up a bit, waking up my brain 4 Do a short mindful yoga. I want this to contribute to my mindfulness training. Plus stretching is good. 5 Eat breakfast Add fuel to my body, so that it’s ready for a work day. 6 Mindful meditation for 10 minutes Being calm and more mindful. Gradually overcome my anxiety. 7 Do 25 minutes of loving kindness meditation Cultivate positive emotions. Benefit everything from my creativity, productivity, health, and being kind, warm, loving toward others. 8 Review my goals (do a WOOP) and to do list. Effectiveness over efficiency.
