PreAssignement Visit

Orientation tour of the city showing the main areas, medical facilities, shopping areas, parks, houses of worship, museums, leisure facilities, government offices (company car with air-conditioning and professional driver are provided)

Housing overview - tour to pre-selected specific districts / neighbourhoods, accompany assignee and family to all scheduled appointments

Schooling overview (if applicable)

Review home country and new destination school systems

Address family major education concerns and long term education goals

Provide overview of new destination school options and admission procedures A Welcome Packet containing community information, "newcomer" information

and any other relevant materials based on needs assessment of budget, lifestyle and special requirements will be provided


Temporary Housing

Screening and reservation of temporary accommodation (short-term serviced apartments, apart-hotels)

Negotiating the accommodation contract and where possible, negotiating the rent down, if a temporary accommodation has been rented

Handling the "Check-in inspection" (if applicable) at the property together with the expatriate, if possible, and a written detailed summary to be signed by parties involved

Once we have received your written confirmation, your move is scheduled for the agreed dates and we then work behind the scenes planning routes, arranging ferries and customs clearance facilities ready for moving day.

PACKING METHODS AND MATERIALS

We have designed special boxes for: Books, CDs, DVDs, files;

Clothes: both Hanging Wardrobe and Flat Wardrobe are used depending on type of the cothes and upon the wish of the client;

Shoes, toys and any other non breakable items;

Glasses and fragile items: first wraped in silk paper and arranged with care in the box being separated with carton if neccessary.

Electrical items: first wraped in air bubble and then in carton.

Polished furniture, paintings and art objects: protected with silk paper, wrapped in air bubble and then packed in carton.
