EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: 2013 Pipeline: Oneok Sterling III Project Spread 3 New Construction c/o Onshore Quality Control. Bending inspection begin several weeks after bending had already begun. Inspection of bending. Rotation set for 2 & 10 for sags and over bends, and 1 & 11 side bends less conflict with combos. Company request all bends maintain the same seam alignment rotations as that of straight pipe.

2013 Pipeline: Alliance Pipeline – Tioga Lateral Spread 1: New Construction - Winter Work, c/o MBF Services, Inspection of Bending for the remaining 76 miles of 80 mile of 12” .295 WT, 20 mil FBE Coated pipe. Winter work weather conditions included temps to -28f air with wind chills at -45f to -55f. Heavy snow drifting, and ground blizzards were weekly.
