HeLP Partners With Volunteer Groups Across The US And Canada

Our Mission Is To Provide One Website Where Every Lost/Found Pet Is Listed

HeLP includes listings from the public

Shelters, Humane Societies, Animal Control Agencies

Veterinarian Clinics

It’s FREE and it’s National

Why a National Website?

Pets don’t know where county or state borders are and often end up in the wrong shelter.

Pet Owners face a massive task of trying to find where they should list and worry that they may have missed one.

When travelling with your pet, having volunteers that can help you to spread the word if your pet went missing, is invaluable.

We Believe Every Pet Should Be Microchipped And Tagged, BUT:

You can’t scan a pets microchip if you can’t catch them

The scan of the pet may miss the microchip

People are less likely to take a cat that is wandering to get their microchip scanned

HeLP Makes a Difference When Widely Used In The Community

“I have to give you a compliment on how well this has worked for us. The majority of lost and

found reports are now coming through your site. There have been several days I come in, get the email alerts, and then see that dog come in

the shelter later in the day.

It has helped us more quickly get the dogs out of the shelter and back into homes”.
