Mainly work on:- Project management on CMCC NA8EP2 Pilot project and on CMCC/CUC/CTC NA8EP2 NPI projects.
Execution & Innovation In NA8EP1 NPI period, I have generated and used a project preparation template to standardize hardware delivery status tracking & info synchronization in China projects. (original date removed in template)- We didn’t meet any serious hardware issue onsite.- Eliminate the project info Chaos in China.
To further mitigate communication Chaos in China projects, I have created a new communication model with Excel macro and Outlook distribution lists.- Demo has been done at the end of NA8EP1 NPI period – in 2 CMCC projects. Continue popularizing it in future China projects. (original date removed in template)

There’s no organizational assets (e.g. strategy or cookbook or experience doc) to guide how to run competence ramp up, nor to tell LM how to measure individual/team competence.- Based on 2014 Chengdu TS new comers’ internal trainings, I have developed and used a serial of universal training strategy, training management plan, training tracking/controlling tool and competence measuring tool. - The model and above documents/tools have been popularized to R&D teams in Nokia Chengdu center.

My Proud
My next stepAfter 3years in Alcatel-Lucent and 7years in Nokia, I am now seeking for a better career development on Project Management or Product Management.
My favorite and what I am good at are strategy and communication.To enhance relevant soft skills I am keeping on learning knowledge in different fields, such as Financial, Law, Psychology, History, Big data, and etc. Also I practice them actively in my life. I believe that only multiple views & multiple connections lead to better decision.
In another hand I am always focused on execution. It’s what we have done changed our world, not what we thought.In my project management, I actively used Agile methodology but also balancing the risk level. Parallel processing and limited risk taken make us achieving a lot in China projects. And finally lead a good relationship with regional team and customer satisfaction.
So as a active person, I want to join in a great company that,1) Also with innovative and executive environment2) And good career development opportunity3) Located in Chengdu and major in Telecom or Internet industry, if possible.
