This project is done in C.V.R.D.E, DRDO, Avadi, Chennai 600071. Title: Design and Analysis of Twin Top Roller Stub Axle pertains to “ARJUN MBT MARK 1”.

Objective: To conduct a rigorous technical study on stub axle with grease lubrication hole of ARJUN MBT MARK 1 and optimize the hole diameter and position.

Conclusion: Hence it is recommended to change the position of the existing grease hole from 900 to 00 because 65.667% of stress reduction is achieved at 00 position.

CERTIFICATION COURSE:

Diploma in Product Design & Analysis (Creo and Ansys).
