§ Handling daily progress charts, look-ahead & working on logistics

§ Follow-up daily drilling operations, planning in conjunction with the Rig under superintendent surveillance, the request of services & Equipment to contractors and the delivery of same at rig site.

§ Drilling & Workover engineering (planning-execution & close out) using MOC (management of change) process when required, operations support, cost control, performance optimization, evaluation of tenders, well site supervision, Risk Assessment, ensure compliance with company policy (HSEQ & WEMS)

§ Engineering design of vertical and deviated wells (S-shape)

§ Monitor trends in the performance of the drilling contractor and service companies & highlight efficiency problems

§ Day-to Day Operation during drilling (daily reports, cost tracking, morning calls, programs amendments.)

§ Participate in technical studies aimed at optimization of drilling operations

§ Ensure project scope, schedule and cost are clearly defined, closely coordinated, consistently monitored and controlled throughout the project cycle. Reports any deviation and proposes corrective action (to ensure the project goals for safety, schedule, cost, and quality are met

§ Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan ensuring high quality, all Project Phases up to and including Project Closure are considered and is aligned with the Stakeholders expectations..
