Cooperative contracting is a great way for state procurement to help grow state volumes to also include local government and education volumes to the point firms need to invest in Washington state to successfully service public procurement contracts

Do our public procurement delivery requirements make the best use of Washington state infrastructure for commerce?

Coordinated supply chain demand could make use of third party logistic service providers to consolidate deliveries to state facilities and to reduce the number of unique business delivery vehicles using the state’s infrastructure.
