Considerations
1. % of traffic coming from a mobile device has multiplied by x11 in the last 12 months and will soon be more relevant than traffic from a PC (full site). When commenting on these pages think about mobile first.
2. From now on all new giffgaff pages will be developed in a Responsive Design framework, starting from mobile and adapting to full site. This is the preferred route from a UX, Conversion and SEO POV.
3. At this stage we are not after comments on design, only on flows, layout and copy. The set of pages you are going to see are in sketch mode. Although they resemble to current, style guides have not been applied.
4. We have taken into account many comments (& complaints) from the community, especially about the confusion between voucher redemption, buying credit & buying a goodybag. Let us know if it is clearer now?
