3 The Mobile App shall interact with CSP for all the services and there shall be no directcommunicationwithDepartmentalapplication.

5 Successful Bidders shall be called by DST/GIL for presentation and Bidders are required to givepresentationalongwithDemoApp.
6 ThebidderwillhavetosignNDAwith(DSTand/orNICinthiscase)forconfidentialityandsecurityofCitizenDataandprovideGILwiththecertificatetoestablishthattheyhavesignedtheNDA.
7 BidderhastoSizehardwarerequirementsaspertheirSolutionsdesignandSystemrequirements.ThecurrentuserandconcurrentuserhavetogiveinthereposesforHardwaresizing.TheMobileAppandServershallbetestedforavolumeof1,00,000applicationperdayand2,000concurrentconnection.

An average uptime efficiency of 99% for thedurationoftestperiodshallbeconsidered.Thetime lost due to any of the following reasonsshallbetakenintoaccountwhilecalculatingtheavailability/uptimerequirement:(a) Time lost due to power or environmentalfailures;(b)Timetakentorecoverthesystembecauseofpowerorenvironmentalfailures;(c) Time lost due to damage ormalfunction inthe system or any units thereof due to causesattributable to GIL/DST such as attachment ofadditional devices, making alteration to thesystem,maintenanceofthesystem,etc.without’consentand/orfailuretomaintainthesiteasrequired by the Bidder; (d) Time taken forscheduledmaintenance/troubleshootingeitherfor preventive purposes or improvement infunctionorotherpurposes;(e) Time taken for reconfiguration or otherplanned downtime situations; (f) ScheduledshutdownsasrequiredbyGIL/DST(Biddermayalso request GIL/DST for a shutdown formaintenancepurpose,whichrequestwillnotbedeniedunreasonablybyGIL/DST);(g)Timetakenforbootingthesystem(h)Timelostduetounavailabilityoflinks.f) The acceptance testingwill be based on thetestcasesprovidedbyGIL/DST.Oncompletionofacceptabilitytestandaftertheworkingofthesoftware on the, the acceptance certificate ofDST will be issued. The date on which suchcertificate is signed shall be deemed to be thedate of successful commissioning of the

described in thecontract. The testswill be performedafter completionof installation andcommissioning ofall the software atthe site ofinstallation.Duringthetestrunof software, nomalfunction,partial orcompletefailureofany module ofsoftware or bugsin the software isexpected to occur.All the softwareshould becomplete and nomissingmodules/sectionswill be allowed.The TSP shallmaintainnecessary logs inrespect of theresultofthetesttoestablish to theentire satisfactionof DST, thesuccessfulcompletion of the
software.g) Bidder will provide support for anyclarifications during the Acceptance Testing ofthesystem.Defectsifany,observedbyGIL/DST,will be notified to Bidder in writing not laterthan two (2) weeks of delivery. Bidder willcorrectthedefectsthatareadeviationfromthebaseline immediately following theacceptance,whichever is later. GIL/DST will confirmacceptance in writing to Bidder. The GIL/DSTshall not withhold or delay the issuance ofacceptancecertificateofanyofthedeliverables,if the deliverables substantially meet thespecifications or on account of any minordefects which have no material effect on thefunctionality of the deliverables.Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, adeliverable shall be treated as accepted byGIL/DST if theGIL/DST(a) fails toprovide thelistofnonconformitieswithintwo(2)weeksofdelivery,(b)failstonotifytheacceptanceofthedeliverables in terms of this clause within theperiod of two (2) weeks from delivery, or (c)startsusingthedeliverableinaliveproductionenvironment (other than as part of agreedreview and acceptance testing procedure, suchasUAT).h) Reworking of defects shall be at the cost ofBidder provided the defects are for reasonssolelyandentirelyattributabletotheBidder,inall other cases it shall be to the account of theGIL/DST.Itemsreportedasdefectsthatarenotdeviations from the immediate previousaccepted baseline will be reported again

These shall be in such details aswillenableDSTtousethesoftwareasstatedinthespecifications. The documentation shall be intheEnglish/Gujarati languageandinsuchformand numbers as stated in the contractdocument. Unless and otherwise agreed, thesoftwareshallnotbeconsideredtobecompletefor the purpose of taking over until suchdocumentationhassuppliedtoDST.

3.6.1 During the development phase, anychange in scope of work, or in design anddevelopment of application shall be construedas change Request order and instead willbecome part of scope of work accompanyingthisbiddocument.3.6.2 DST may, at any time, by written ordergiventotheSPmakechangeswithinthegeneralscopeoftheContractinanyoneormoreofthefollowing:a) Designs, specifications, requirements ofwhichsoftwareorservicetobeprovidedunder

THE CONDITIONS of this obligation are: The E.M.D. may be forfeited: If a Bidder withdraws its bid during the period of bid validity Does not accept the correction of errors made in the tender document; In case of a successful Bidder, if the Bidder fails: 1) To sign the Contract as mentioned above within the time limit stipulated by purchaser or 2) To furnish performance bank guarantee as mentioned above or 3) If the bidder is found to be involved in fraudulent practices. 4) If the bidder fails to submit the copy of purchase order & acceptance thereof. We undertake to pay to the GIL/Purchaser up to the above amount upon receipt of its first written demand, without GIL/ Purchaser having to substantiate its demand, provided that in its demand GIL/ Purchaser will specify that the amount claimed by it is due to it owing to the occurrence of any of the abovementioned conditions, specifying the occurred condition or conditions. This guarantee will remain valid up to 9 months from the last date of bid submission. The Bank undertakes not to revoke this guarantee during its currency without previous consent of the OWNER/PURCHASER and further agrees that the guarantee herein contained shall continue to be enforceable till the OWNER/PURCHASER discharges this guarantee The Bank shall not be released of its obligations under these presents by any exercise by the OWNER/PURCHAER of its liability with reference to the matters aforesaid or any of them or by reason or any other acts of omission or commission on the part of the OWNER/PURCHASER or any other indulgence shown by the OWNER/PURCHASER or by any other matter or things. The Bank also agree that the OWNER/PUCHASER at its option shall be entitled to enforce this Guarantee against the Bank as a Principal Debtor, in the first instance without proceeding against the SELLER and not
