As per RFP schedule for implementation, almost 3.5 months is consumed for UAT & Go-live alone. Only 2.5 months is provided for BRD, installation, customization, data collection and integration which is practically not feasible to implement an EWS solution given the portfolios and volume of accounts involved. Requesting the bank to consider the implementation schedule as below given, : 30 days for BRD/SRS 45 days for customization & installation, 45 days for Data collection & Integration 45 days for UAT 15 days for Go-live TOTAL: 6 MONTHS/ 180 DAYS

In this regards, the Bidder would be required to tie up with Credit Information Companies (CIC) and Data Aggregator.
