Allegation Summary:#1- On 4/7/17 and 4/25/17 staff was observed caring for and treating residents and visitors in a respectful manner and residentshad no complaints about the care and treatment they received. However, the staff placed time restrictions on a resident'ssignificant other's visits without exploring ways to accommodate the visits that were desired by the resident. Failed practiceswere found.
