1. Introduction

Using increasingly more social networks have positive effects but also negative on users.

Social networks are a convenient and easy way to communicate with people known or unknown. Their use not only stimulates the ability to communicate, but can boost the ability to seek, to learn, to know.

Unfortunately, those who are captive virtual universe, not always managed to connect with real interlocutors, and especially those in the lower age category, no longer grow as they should direct communication skills, and sometimes they take lapidary style communication used on these sites.

4. Hypotheses

H1 : Social Networking replaced the intimate interactions between family’s members. Family conversations have been replaced by texting sessions and family activity time has given way to countless hours of internet surfing.

H2 : Social Networking continuing to change the way people communicate. Using social networking to improve communication skills, not to replace the time spent with friends and family, help individuals to have better relationships in real life.

6. Literature Review

According to a study on media influence done by the Kaiser Family Foundation, 8-18-year-olds spend over seven hours a day using entertainment media. That's over 50 hours per week! And when they're involved with screen time they're not exercising, meeting with friends, talking with family or negotiating in-person relationships. Many are gaining weight easily distracted and finding it hard to read the subtle signs in developing and maintaining relationships. In fact, they're often mentally absent when sitting with a group of friends or family.

6. Literature Review

According to G.S. O’Keeffe and K. Clarke-Pearson, authors of Clinical Report “The Impact of Social Media on Children, Adolescents and Families” issued in 2011, using of Social Media Web sites is among the most common activity of today’s children and adolescents. Any web site which allows social interaction is considered a social media site. The report highlights both the advantages and disadvantages of the use of social networking for individuals and their relationship.
