The mass population movement from Syria
29th April 2011: first Syrian guests come to Turkey
Great increase in number of guests in little times.
Elementary needs: protection, nutrition, clothing, sanitation, safety
and social needs.
Temporary sheltering centers began to serve rapidly.
Today: 260.000 Syrian guests in temporary sheltering centers,
overall 1.8 million guests in Turkey.

Syrian guests must be registered in a system, so that we can
recognize them.
They need an ID card to be recognized.
Their activities (e.g. Entrance and exit, ditributed aid, family
members) needs to be saved and reported.
Sanitation and education services must go on for all
