  • ClarificationsReading levels should be marked for each quarter. Due to so many individual variances a reading level explanation will not be added to the grade card. These questions are best explained by the classroom teacher to the parent.

  • English Language LearnersIf a child receives regular accommodations in the classroom in order to access the curriculum the EL box is to be checked. For ELL students the comment that prints on the report card will state This student is an English Learner. The students work was accommodated in the classroom to meet his/her level of English Proficiency.

  • Standards Not AssessedAn X will be used, leaving it blank could cause an area to be inadvertently skipped

  • CommentsIf you go through Chrome you can see the whole comment section as you type.

  • Can the report card window open for a longer time frame?

  • Clarity With the changes that took place on some grade level report cards from quarter 1 to quarter 2, can all quarters be updated to reflect the current and consistent symbols?

  • Science and Social StudiesIn the lower grades there was some confusion on Y and N for science and social studies. Starting 3rd quarter unit names will be removed from the report card in grades K, 1, and 2.
