BANQUET ROOMOur beautiful banquet room is acclaimed for its picturesque location and contemporary designs. Overlooking the Cedar River, this room offers an open space with vaulted ceilings and modern decor.

RESIDENTS

Friday: $650* (5 hours min) Saturday: $1,300* (10 hours min) Monday–Thursday: $85/hour (3 hours min)

*Additional Friday & Saturday hours are $130/hour

NON-RESIDENTS

Friday: $750* (5 hours min) Saturday: $1,500* (10 hours min) Monday–Thursday: $90/hour (3 hours min)*Additional Friday & Saturday hours are $150/hour

Reservations require a security deposit of $550 to secure a date. Bookings must be made in person.

MEETING ROOMSIdeal for business meetings and seminars. Rooms accommodate 20–40 people.

The perfect venue for your special event The Renton Community Center is located next to the Cedar River and just minutes from downtown Renton, and with easy access. Our contemporary venue offers 3,300 square feet of event space.

RCC features a stylish banquet hall that seats 230 people dinner-style or 300 conference-style. The room can be divided into three smaller rooms for a more intimate setting.

The venue has two gymnasiums, three meeting rooms, a patio and a full service caterer’s kitchen.

Outside catering and decorations are allowed, as is alcohol. A liquor license is required if alcohol will be sold or if a bartender is hired.

Included in your rental fee are tables, chairs, microphones, a projector screen and a podium. An LCD projector is available upon request.
