Our package includes:

Please note that all prices are quoted in US Dollars and that it is not possible to refund any elements of the above package which are not taken. Alternative flower arrangements are available on request at an additional cost. Music is pre-recorded and played within the ceremonial room. Guests may bring their own chosen music if preferred. Live music provided by our on board pianist, harpist, string quartet is also available on request at an additional cost. Please also note that any music or verses chosen for the ceremony must not contain any religious content .

How much is the Renewal of Vows package?Queen Mary 2 - $800.00This price applies to Queen Mary 2 voyages M504-M602.Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria - $600.00This price applies to the following voyages: Queen Elizabeth Q504-Q601, Queen Victoria V510-V601.When will the ceremony be held?Due to operational requirements, we prefer to agree the date of the ceremony between yourselves and the Captain once you board the ship, however the ceremonies usually take place on a sea day. If you have a particular preference for a date or time, this should be added to the booking form and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.Where will the ceremony be held?The ceremony is usually held in The Boardroom on Queen Mary 2 and The Admiral’s Lounge on Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth.Who will be our main point of contact on board?At the start of your voyage, you will be contacted by our Renewal of Vows Coordinator, who will look after all arrangements for your ceremony. The Renewal of Vows Coordinator will be available throughout your voyage

If you are thinking of renewing your vows, Cunard can offer the perfect package to make your day special. Your Renewal of Vows will be a private ceremony for just the two of you, along with any guests you wish to invite.

to answer your questions and help with any additional requirements you may have.Who will conduct the ceremony?The ceremony will be conducted by the Captain. However, if on the day of your ceremony a situation requires the immediate attention of the Captain, his Senior Representative will be pleased to conduct the ceremony on his behalf.How long does the ceremony last?The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes.Who will attend the ceremony?The ceremony is normally attended by two Officers who will act as your witnesses, one of whom is your Renewal of Vows Coordinator. If you are travelling with friends or family, we would be happy to welcome them as your own witnesses or guests. We will provide a champagne toast for up to four guests and further champagne can be purchased as required. A professional photographer and a waiter will also be in attendance.

What format does the service take?We offer a choice of two traditional Renewal of Vows services - one with religious content (Service A) and one without (Service B). For Civil Partnerships, we offer a traditional civil ceremony.What happens after the service?Once you have renewed your vows to one another, the Captain and two witnesses sign the certificate and present it to you. You are invited to cut the cake and this is then served with a champagne toast. You will also be presented with two beautiful gifts from us to commemorate the occasion (a silver-plated photograph frame and a pair of champagne flutes in a presentation box).Are we able to hold a reception afterwards?If you would like to hold a small party or reception for your guests, we can organise a venue with a selection of drinks and canapés – please ask the Renewal of Vows Coordinator on board for further details and a price list.

What about a romantic meal?If you’d rather have a romantic meal for two after your ceremony, why not book a table in our alternative dining venue, Todd English on board Queen Mary 2 or The Verandah on board Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria. Please ask the Renewal of Vows Coordinator on board for further details and prices.What flowers will be used in the bouquet and/or buttonhole?Our traditional bouquets and buttonholes are created with a choice of flowers. Please state on your Booking Form which arrangement you would prefer. If you have a preference for a particular colour, please also state this, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Arrangements may vary due to regional and seasonal availability and weather conditions.Do we need to bring any documents with us?No. Renewing your vows is not a legally-binding ceremony – it is simply a reaffirmation of the vows you

made to your partner on the day of your wedding / civil partnership.Will we be able to have professional photographs?A professional photographer will be in attendance at the ceremony to capture your happy memories. After the ceremony your photographer will let you know when your images are ready to view and you will be able to choose your favourite portrait photograph to take home with you with the compliments of Cunard – and, of course, you may wish to purchase additional photographs from the selection taken for you. Please ask your Renewal of Vows Coordinator for further details.We want to look our very best on the day – can you help?Our team of beauty experts are on hand, offering a range of services, including hair, make-up and nails for ladies, and a range of male grooming services for men. If you want to get your day off to a relaxing start, you might prefer to treat yourselves to a luxurious massage each.

Please note that you are bound by the terms and conditions relating to the booking of your holiday with Cunard (as detailed at the back of the Cunard brochure valid at your time of booking), and that the following Terms and Conditions are in addition to the standard Booking Conditions.Minimum Notice.In order to organise a Renewal of Vows ceremony aboard our vessels, we require two weeks’ notice.On Board Bookings.If you decide you would like to book a Renewal of Vows ceremony once on board, please ask to see the Renewal of Vows Coordinator. Whilst Cunard cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer the service at such short notice, we will endeavour to accommodate all requests wherever possible.Cancellation of the Voyage.Please see the Booking Conditions at the back of the Cunard brochure valid at your time of booking for further information on cancelling your voyage. Please note, however, that any packages that have been booked are subject to the same sliding scale of cancellation fees as the voyage.

Cancellation of the package by the Guest.You may cancel the Renewal of Vows package at any time prior to the commencement of the voyage by giving notice in writing to Cunard. However, the following cancellation charges apply:Percentage of package deducted from refundover 28 days 0%15 to 28 days 25%0 to 14 days 50%Cancellation of or alteration to the package by Cunard.Whilst Cunard will endeavour not to cancel or to make any significant alterations to the Renewal of Vows package after a booking confirmation has been issued, Cunard shall nevertheless be entitled at any time to cancel the Renewal of Vows package or to change any elements of the booking where this reasonably becomes necessary on operational, commercial or other grounds. In the case of the Renewal of Vows package being cancelled by Cunard, a full refund will be issued to the guest.Please note that images are shown for illustrative purposes only.
