• Quality Assurance (QA) process began April 6, 2009• New installers are subject to 100% Quality Control (QC) inspections by REIP program• To become QA eligible requires successfully completing three consecutive PV projects

• Projects must have passed both the REIP inspection and the State safety/code inspection• Subsequent failed inspection reverts company back to 100% QC status

• Companies are QA eligible; not individual employees• QA eligible installers must attend an annual half day QA Update Training to maintain status
