• Conducted a study in the organizational environment of the company Syntony Trade

International, resulting in an analytical diagnosis of the internal and external

environment of an organization active in foreign trade. It provided a diagnosis for the

operational processes, identifying not only their strengths and weaknesses, but also the

threats and opportunities, and thus, making proposals for improvements so as to bring

benefits to the organization.
