Select Tools from the top menu. Click on the icon
CCA Selection to begin.
Input ParticularsStep 1: Check that your Name, Class and Gender is correct.
Step 2: Input your particulars in the fields provided.
Step 3: Click on Next to proceed once complete.
*Ignore the NAPFA field

Step 4: Input your Special Talent in the field provided.(Special Talent for example: Taekwondo – Black Belt, Piano – Grade 8 etc.)
*You will be required to upload your certifications as proofs.
Step 5: Input your Medical History in the field provided.(You may input your medical condition as certified by the doctors.)
*You will be required to upload your medical certifications as proofs.
Step 6: Click on Next to proceed once complete.
*If you have nothing to
declare, indicate NA.

Step 7: Choose your preferred CCA according to your
preference. 1 being most preferred.
Step 8: Click on Submit once complete.* Note: Criteria

History fields earlier, proceed to the next slide.
Results of the CCA Choice will be released on Fri 20 Jan 2017.

document for submission as proof do proceed with this step.
