INSTALLATIONINSTRUCTIONS• Install the MindManager Server App in your organizations App Catalog.

(Instructions on how to configure your organizations App Catalog can be found here - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/fp179933.aspx)

• Enable the MindManager Server App on each Site. • Open the Settings Menu on the Site. • Select ‘Add an app’.



• Select ‘From Your Organization’.

• Click on the ‘MindManager Server App’ tile. • Click ‘ADD IT’.



• Specify the Document Library and choose ‘Trust It’

ViewingMapsinaBrowser• Use the file context menu in SharePoint and choose ‘View in Browser’*. • If your browser blocks the pop-up, allow the popup or choose ‘always allow. Note: you will have

10 seconds to allow the pop-up before being returned to the previous page. • A new tab will be opened when viewing maps in browser.

*Note: The above instructions apply when the ‘New Experience’ view is enabled on SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016. If you are using SharePoint 2013 On Premise or if your SharePoint administrator has enabled the ‘Classic View’, the ‘View in Browser’ option will be located under the ‘Advanced’ section in the file context menu. See examples on pages 8-9.

Issue: ‘Edit in MindManager’ and ‘View MindManager Map’ file context menu options are in English only.

Resolution: File Context menu controls are now available in English, French and German.

Issue: Current page is overwritten when choosing the ‘View in browser’ option.

Resolution: Maps are now opened in a new tab.

Issue: App Properties and artwork are not specified

Workaround: None at this time.

Issue: Clicking on Map title in SharePoint document library does not open the map in browser.

Workaround: Use the file context menu and click ‘Viewer in Browser’.

Issue: The MindManager map file icon is not displayed in the Document Library view.

Workaround: None. The generic file icon is displayed next to map files.
