CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES

• Reservations cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed arrival

date will incur a penalty of two (2) nights’ accommodation at the Reserved

Net Rate.

• Reservation changes to arrival or departure dates made within fourteen

(14) days of confirmed arrival date will incur a penalty of two (2) nights’

accommodation at the Reserved Net Rate.

• Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) days or more prior to the confirmed

arrival date are not subject to penalty, unless noted on the Rate Schedule.

Non-arrival of a confirmed reservation will incur a No-Show penalty equal to

the full length of stay at the reserved Net Rate.

• Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full-length stay at the

reserved Net Rate.
