Registration of Vendors for Empanelment for supply of Medicines, Surgical consumables , Lab items and Dental items to Railway Hospital, Golden Rock, Trichy-4. Expression of Interest (EOI) is invited for registration with Chief Medical Superintendent, Golden Rock for supplying Local purchase medicines, surgical consumables, Lab items and Dental items to Railway Hospital, Golden Rock, Trichy for a period of TWO years.

Last year purchased value (Surgicals) : Rs. 32, 22,229 /-

Last year purchased value (Lab items) : Rs. 25, 02,225 /-

Required Documents from the Registrants

a) Should have a valid Drug License (Copy should be enclosed)

b) Should have an average turnover for last three years, be at least 30% of the average

total value of Local purchase made by Railway Hospital Golden Rock.

(CA certificate to be attached)

C) The registrants should be within10 km radius of Railway Hospital, Golden Rock.

d) A performance certificate should be provided from a reputed institution where you have

been supplying medicines, surgicals and consumables etc.

Conditions of contract

a) The contract will be for TWO years from the date of contract.

b) The vendor shall collect daily indents at 17.00 hours from Railway Hospital on all

working days.

c) The vendors shall supply the items at 16.00 hours on the next day.

d) The vendors will be required to supply the medicines manufactured by reputed firms

e) The vendors shall supply indented molecule/make/strength without any discrepancies

f) In emergency the vendor shall deliver the medicines within one hour.

g) If the Vendor fails to supply any item, the particular item will be procured from the

market and difference in cost will be recovered from the vendor

h) Medicine & other items should be supplied by the same name (make) as indented. No

alternative or substitute will be accepted.

i) Bills shall be prepared and submitted along with the items supplied.

j) A committee nominated by CMS, Golden Rock shall inspect the premises of registrants.

k) If the service of a vendor is not satisfactory, the contract will be terminated with one

month notice.

Award of Contract:

After finalization of the panel of registered vendors, financial bids from all

registered vendors shall be called. Vendors offering maximum discount on MRP shall be

considered. More than one vendor may be empanelled according to the discretion of the

committee.
