1. Member pricing includes ALVMA/GVMA members and members of any other state VMA. Does not include AVMA.

2. "Veterinary Tech 2-Day" registration includes the technician tracks on Saturday, 8/22 and Sunday, 8/23. Veterinary Technicians may attend other sessions outside of the technician tracks through the "Vet Tech/Staff Upgraded Full" registration.

3. "Practice Manager/Staff 2-Day" registration includes the Practice Management & Professional Development Tracks on Friday, 8/21and Saturday, 8/22. Practice Manager/Staff may attend other sessions outside of the these tracks through the "Vet Tech/Staff Upgraded Full" registration.

4. "Vet Tech/Staff Upgraded Full" registration includes all access to all tracks.

5. Recent graduates are DVMs who graduated from veterinary college in 2018, 2019 or 2020.

6. Guest badges are required for guests who wish to access the exhibit hall, including the daily breakfast. No one will be allowed admission to the exhibit hall without a badge. Children under 16 are not permitted in the exhibit hall 8/20- 8/22.

7. Admission to exhibit hall only from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm from Thursday, 8/20 – Saturday, 8/22. Does not include breakfast.

Cancellation Policy80% refund if received by August 14, 2020. No refunds after this date.

Refunds will not be available for activities cancelled after August 14, 2020.
