Terms and conditions of participation at the e-Learning package of Logivations GmbH (07/2019)

§ 1 Registration and confirmationPlease send your application not later than two weeks before the first live session to Logivations GmbH, München.

Application and cancellation per telephone can not be taken into consideration. Written applications will be confirmed by us immediately. Booking is confirmed only when you get confirmation from LOGIVATIONS per Mail or Fax. Some changes in schedule are possible. With your application you agree on the terms of participation.

§ 2 eLearning cancellationLOGIVATIONS may cancel the event in case of insufficient number of participants, due to force majeure, illness of the trainer or for technical reasons. Registration fees will be refunded. LOGIVATIONS will try to find another trainer or to change the date of the live sessions and individual web workshops but only with participants agreement.

§ 3 Cancellation by the CustomerIf you can not participate in the registered event please cancel your participation in time. After written cancellation up to 2 weeks before the first live session 100% fee will be refunded, up to 7 days - 50%*, later the fee will not be refunded. Till one day before, replacement of participant is possible.

No refund is permissible in case of a later cancellation, absence or attendance termination. In case of complaints, if any on LOGIVATIONS, a proof must be provided.

§ 4 Cancellation feeWith each cancellation we charge a processing fee of € 20.00 per participant. Replacement of participant is free of charge.

§ 5 PricePrices of each event are provided in the price information. The price includes training services, training materials. All prices exclude VAT.

§ 6 Invoice and PaymentThe fee is to be paid immediately after receiving the invoice. Payment should be made not later than ten days before the course. For last minute registrations immediate payment after receiving the invoice is obligatory. If payment hasn‘t been received within this period of time, we reserve the right to dispose of the reserved place for other participant.

§ 7 eLearning materialsDocuments, scripts, videos or parts thereof may not be reproduced, reprinted or distributed to third parties. We accept no liability for the content of documents.

LOGIVATIONS reserves the right to modify course contents without notice.
