The 12th M&A International Lawyers Conference will be hosted in Milan this year. We will offer a broad ran-ge of highly qualified speakers from different coun-tries. The speakers will explain, on the one hand, spe-cific particularities of their respective national laws to be taken into consideration when dealing with tran-sactions involving their jurisdictions and, on the other hand, particularities with regard to specific questions raised in the course of M&A deals. Some of the pre-senters will focus more on cases they have dealt with and others will give you a broader outline of trends and developments.
As at the previous Conferences, we have arranged for some highlights to relax and to enjoy after the formal part of the Conference, which will give you the possi-bility to speak to each other offering a forum to pre-sent yourself to the other participants.
