Before you start

Please ensure your organisation does not already have a MyHMCTS account. If you attempt to complete this process and your firm is already registered you may experience problems with your existing account.

Check your organisation is not already registered on MyHMCTS

Choose a “Super User” You will need to choose a super user for your organisation. This individual will be the main point of contact for your account. They will be able to invite more users after registration.

Ensure you have an active PBA account

To use the online services to submit and manage probate, divorce and financial remedy cases, your firm must be able to pay by fee account. (i.e. have an active payment by account number).

If you do not have PBA account you can apply for one here:

3This address will only be used for the registration approval process and will not appear in cases, so we recommend you provide the address of your head office.

4 These fields are optional because some of our users do not need a PBA fee account.
