1.) In reference to an Unnumbered DepEd Regional Memorandum, re: CRAFTING OF DAP-ELLN READING INVENTORY FOR K-3 LEARNERS, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the activity on July 10-11, 2019 at Ritz Hotel, Bo. Obrero, Davao City

2.) The following are participants of the activity:

Ferna Renira T. Aide Public School District Supervisor- Division Focal Person-MTB

3.) Food and accommodation of the participants shall be charged against the downloaded funds (OSEC-1 1-1 8-6944), while travelling and other incidental expenses shall be charged against local funds, all subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
