The compensation plan rewards you with CMDX by paying your income in Bitcoin and CMDXRewards. CMDXRewards credits are redeemed for CMDX cryptocurrency which can be used to purchase products and services offered by CMDX providers or sold on a cryptocurrency exchange. Participating in the business building side of our company is voluntary. There are no recruiting or ongoing product purchase requirements to participate in CMDX. To maintain your membership there is a non-commissionable administration fee of $49.95 per year. Ambassadors pay an additional $199.95 at the end of their membership period for their suite of business tools, network administration and payroll.

To receive the HealthStyle rewards the subscriber must complete the health survey and enter into an Information Lease Agreement (ILA) for the term of their subscription. The CMDXRewards are locked up for one year and the price is locked in on the day of the acceptance of the ILA. At the end of the year the CMDXRewards will be minted into CMDX Tokens. At the end of the term, the member will have the option to renew the ILA.



Fast Start X3 Bonus:The Fast Start X3 Bonus clock starts ticking the day you enroll. You must be a Silver Subscriber to qualify.

X1 Bonus – In the first 30 days enroll a CMDXSilver or higher subscriber on your Left (Alpha Team) and a CMDXSilver or higher subscriber on your Right (Bravo Team) you will receive a $1000 CMDXRewards Bonus.

X2 Bonus – In the first 60 days help your Alpha and Bravo Team member personally enroll two CMDXSilver or higher subscribers and you will receive a $500 CMDXRewards Bonus

Direct Referral Bitcoin Bonus (DRB)When you personally refer a new subscriber to Brittany, you will receive a 25%-75% Direct Referral Bitcoin Bonus (DRB) depending on your subscription level to Brittany. Binary Referral BonusA binary compensation plan is a 2x2 team building matrix. You can sponsor two people direct to your business center. Anyone else you personally refer will fall on the left or the right sales team based on your default placement. If someone in your upline lineage places someone under you, you will receive Bonus Volume (BV) on that members personal bonus volume but you will not receive Direct Referral Bonuses or Leadership Development Bonuses.

Example: In week 1, your Alpha team has 30 people on it and they produce 15 membership sales totaling $7,000 in binary subscription volume. That same week, your Bravo Team has 48 people and they produce 29 sales totaling $12,000 in binary subscription volume. You will earn 10% from the lesser volume Alpha team, equaling $700.

Volume FlushingIn the example above, $7,000 is flushed (subtracted) on the Alpha Team, and $7,000 is flushed from the Bravo team also, leaving $5,000 in ‘carryforward’ sales volume on the Bravo team. In this example, in week 2, your Alpha Team would start with $0 in Sales Volume, and your Bravo Team starts with $5,000 in carryforward.

The key with a binary is to drive your Alpha and Bravo organizations deep. You will identify the leaders and help them build their businesses. The more money your team makes, the more you make. Here is an Example:10% You personally refer John. You are going to earn 10% on whatever John earns each Monday from

Weekly Income CapsThe weekly income cap is determined by your subscription level. You can increase your income cap by upgrading to a higher subscription. Direct, Binary and Leadership Development Bonuses count towards the income cap.

Commission PayoutsCMDX pays commission in CMDXRewards which can be minted into CMDX cryptocurrency on a 1:1 basis. Enrollment and training bonuses are paid daily by smart contract. All CMDXRewards are paid out at market price at 12:00 UTC on the day of the commission run.

CMDX Token Withdrawal RestrictionsBased on your membership level there is a monthly maximum withdrawal limit. You can increase your withdrawal limits by upgrading your subscription. (See subscription chart details for the specific limits.)

Be sure to check your email as you will receive 10 emails in the first week that will help you better understand your business. If you are not receiving them check your junk or Spam folders.

Q: Do you offer live training on how to grow the business?A: Yes. Every Saturday at 1pm EST after the main presentation.

Q: Can a Member earn commission?A: Yes. A Member can earn 25% Direct Referral Bonus with a maximum of $150 per week on Brittany Subscriptions.

Q: Can I determine the placement of how people fall into my organization?A: Yes. You can control it under Profile >>> Account Information >>> Default Team Placement.

Q: Can I receive my commissions by bank wire or debit card?A: No, we pay CMDXRewards credits to your back office and you monetize/realize your U$D commissions by using the token to purchase good or services or sell the tokens on an exchange.

Q: Can I buy more than one membership?A: No. There can only be one membership per member email.

Q: What is the sales cycle and when is pay day?A: The sales cycle is from 12:00am Monday to 11:59:59pm Sunday and payday is on Monday.

Q: Can I sell my membership/downline?A: Yes. You must provide a legal membership transfer agreement and signatures must be notarized. Your personal health data cannot be transferred in the sale.

Q: Can I buy or upgrade my subscription with CMDX?A: No, for Brittany subscriptions we only accept Bitcoin.

Q: Is there a required monthly autoship to get my commission credits?A: No. We have a $199.95 End-of-Term fee for maintaining your downline and the Business Suite Tools. It is included for free for the first year on the CMDXSilver and below subscriptions.

Q: Where can I purchase CMDX business cards and marketing material?A: In the members back office there is a link under main menu titled Promote. Download the file and take it to your printer.

Q: Do you conduct webinars?A: Yes, through the CMDX Broadcast Network we stream live on Facebook. We also have an automated webinar system in the Promote section of your members back office.

Q: Do I have to provide a tax ID number?A: No, you are responsible for complying with the tax laws of your country.

Q: Are ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering Policies enforced.A: Yes. Members are required to upload a valid state or government ID and proof of address after conducting a cumulative of $1,000 in transactions in CMDX.
