STUNNINGThe beauty of stretch tents is that they can be what you want them to be.

The clean lines within the tent and areas of blank canvas lend themselves perfectly to those looking to create a setting which is truly inspirational and bespoke. Colour can easily be introduced using lighting and the theming and furniture options are endless. If you have the imagination, these tents offer a creative venue for you to let your imagination run free.

CREATIVE Bringing together the indoors and the outdoors, our structures give you an infinitely flexible space and are capable of fitting into areas ordinary marquees cannot. In addition, the structures blend effortlessly into a variety of landscapes and are equally at home in an urban setting, an open green space, or in your back garden.

What makes stretch tents different and so flexible in relation to a more traditional structure, are the options available to us to set them up. We are not restricted to pinning into the ground, but can use ballast or also attach the tents directly on to a building. We can also join tents together to make unusual shapes or create larger spaces.

The result is the ability for us to adapt to almost any setting and create a structure which not only looks stunning, but fits exactly within the space you have. Pick your perfect spot and we will get to work.

OUR SERVICES Many of our clients ask us if stretch tents are only suitable during the warmer summer months. The answer is no. We operate all year round and have various solutions to meet the unpredictable demands of the British weather.

We can also provide back of house space, alternative flooring options, and flexibility in our approach to fixing the tent into position.

◄▼►Flooring

Our luxury woven matting is fitting for most events and suitable for high heels and stilettos. A bespoke wooden finish or event carpet with boarded floor underneath can also be used if a firmer surface is required.

◄► Alternative Fixings

If your tent needs to be installed on to hard standing or next to a building, we can use concrete or water ballast and/or eyebolts into the wall to install.

This allows us to erect our tents almost anywhere and also gives us the ability to incorporate features such as walls, ponds, trees and flowerbeds.

Our spacious service tents offer a practical solution for caterers, back of house areas, cloakrooms, smoking tents or any additional space you may require. Stretch tents can also be used to house toilets and other back of house services.

We can also provide tables, chairs, staging, dance floors and relaxed soft seating.

◄► Heating and Walling

Whilst patio heaters inside the tent provide a more local heat, indirect heaters ducting warm air into the tent provide a comfortable ambient temperature and are highly effective even on the coldest of days. We can also add stretch walling to the tents which encloses the space to keep the heat in and the elements out.

Walling can be added to as many or as few sides of the tent as you would like, giving you the flexibility to choose this option right up to the day of the build.

YOUR EVENT We want your experience with 10 x 15 Structures to be exceptional. So what can you expect?

1. ContactA dedicated team in the office will handle your event from quotation to completion. There will always be a member of the team you can speak to during office hours, and we have a 24/7 emergency call out number should you need to contact us during your event.

2. The numbersAn itemised quotation will be provided along with a floor plan to help you visualise how the space can be used within the tent.

3. Let’s meet upOne of our directors, Duncan, Chris or Tom will come to meet you at your venue to discuss your event and carry out a detailed site visit. We will supply you with any updates to your quotation following this meeting.

4. Get planningOnce your booking is confirmed you can then start planning the finer detail using us for input wherever you would like a little extra guidance.

5. Let’s do itOn the day of set up, our Crew Chief will meet you on site to finalise the details before the build commences. Our team will then erect the tent, and in most cases, be complete within one day. Larger events may require a two day build. Once the tents are fully erected, our crew chief will then handover to you.

6. Have funIt’s now time to enjoy yourself! If you decide you would like some extra assistance from us during your event, we can offer the option of on-site support, allowing you to fully relax in the knowledge that one of our team has everything covered.

7. It’s all overOnce your event is finished, our team will arrive on site to take down the tents at a pre-arranged time. Once a final check of the site has been completed, our Crew Chief will sign off with you before leaving.

Can we have sides on the structures?We have two ways of creating walls in our structures. The first option is using the tents themselves as a wall by bringing one or more sides down to the ground. The second option is a stretch walling that we can attach to the edge of the tents and fix down to the ground. Using walling allows us to keep our tents nice and toasty throughout the winter.

How do we keep the tents warm?The most frequently used heating options are patio heaters and indirect heaters. Both options can be used inside the tents. Depending on the time of year we will be able to advise you on the best combination. This can be from a couple of patio heaters to keep the chill off in a fully open tent on a midsummers evening, through to indirect heaters with full walling for a snowy new year’s party.

What flooring can I have?There are various flooring options available, the most effective and popular option being our luxury woven matting which is pinned straight on to grass. Other options include event carpet or a blockwood varnished finish. The latter two options would require boarded flooring or a full decking system to be laid underneath first.

Can we brand the structures?We have various branding options as well as the ability to create a fully branded bespoke tent.

Are the structures waterproof?All our tents are fully weatherproof. The structures are 100% waterproof and coupled with our advanced and stringent rigging standards the tents are truly fit for all weather conditions.

Do you do site visits?We like to do site visits where either party feel it is required. In most cases a provisional quote is sent prior to the site visit so we have all the details available to discuss during the meeting. It is often useful for us to have a photo of the site prior to the site visit.

How long do the structures take to install?Generally we aim to build all our structures within a day, quite often within 4-6 hours. Every build and location is different, therefore we will endeavour to give you a guide on the set up time once we have completed a site visit.

Can the tents go onto hard standing?Yes, the tents can be installed on hard standing. We have various options available to us to anchor the tents including concrete or water ballast, eyebolts, and tying off onto secure points such as trees.

What if our space is not a standard tent size?The versatility of our tents enables us to erect them almost anywhere. For more challenging spaces, we would always come and have a look first.

What are the minimum and maximum heights of the structures?There is no minimum height as the structures can be rigged with edges down to the floor. The tents are very flexible, using a combination of 2-6m poles depending on the size, location and specification of the job.

Will somebody be there on the night?We offer an onsite support service at an additional cost, where one of our able crew will be on hand to assist if required. We also have a 24 hour emergency number which you will be given by the crew chief when doing the post build handover. This is manned 24/7 should there be any issues or questions.
