Project Overview- Ace gypsum deposit is situated in the dormant Flat Bay gypsum mines- There is potentially 30 million tonnes of gypsum resource in the dormant gypsum mining area- Accessible by paved road, approximately 6 km west of the Trans Canada Highway and 20 km south of the Town of Stephenville- Access to a deepwater port 9 km along a dedicated haul road- Production slated for Q2 2018 on new mining lease

Ace Gypsum Project
The Flat Bay gypsum quarries were operated continuously from 1954 until closure in 1990 due to low prices for natural gypsum. Synthetic gypsum supplies are diminishing, pulling natural gypsum back into positive price ranges. Abundant gypsum resources remain in the region. The Ace Mining Lease is outlined in red and recent drillholes as yellow points, both at the bottom of the image above.

Exploration & Project Highlights- Mining Lease acquired in 2017 that covers 11.79 hectares- Definition drilling completed in October 2017 towards a development plan for production- Internal 3D geological modelling of drilling results confirms that 3-5 million tonnes of gypsum plus anhydrite are present within the mining lease- Open pit mining methods will be utilized at the Ace deposit, allowing for production scaling and low-cost, on-demand mining- Red Moon intends to commence operations as soon as possible following successfully permitting, with a goal of shippable material by Q2 2018- Environmental approval granted in February, 2018
Gypsum Markets- A decline in synthetic gypsum from coal and oil-fired power plants has created demand for natural gypsum- Gypsum is used primarily in cement and wallboard industries
