• Customer Segment – It is a success if we acquire at least 40% of the sample interviews
• Value Proposition – >30% of positive reviews from the sample interviews would be considered

Insights from first Customer
• The first customer was concerned about the delivery service, in the sense of when delivering prescribed medication to customers.
• We needed to rethink our method of delivering prescribed medication.
• Rethink how to collect payment upon deliveries
Hypothesis
• Initially we believed we could of delivered any form of medication to customers
• We also believed that anyone could of use the mobile application and website.
• There was a thought of collecting money upon delivery for deliveries not paid for online.
Experiments
• We interviewed individuals concerning our business idea in a way to gather suggestions.
Results• We found that delivering prescribed medication is not a good
idea.
• Also the elderly are most likely not able to use the mobile application and websites.
• Our payment system for deliveries not paid for online was ineffective.
Iterate• Establish a partnership with health centers, hospitals and
doctors to be able to get information about patient who require prescribed medication.
• Implement a better billing system for deliveries not paid for online.
