Soekarno

Become the leader isn’t as easy as turn back our hand. Ir.Soekarno who has

nickname Bung Karno is one of many leaders in the world that we can choose as good-example in the

leadership.

When Indonesia was colonized by Netherland, Unitary and arranging the power by the

Organization way is the main theme that Bung Karno always said. His stand are anti-

capitalism, anti-colonize, and anti- imperialism. He never disconsolate whenever

and wherever he stays.

He benefitted all of his time. Although he got isolation, but he still wrote, thought, and planed how Indonesia can be free from colonize. While he

got isolation, he still wrote in magazine, and newspaper, he explained many politic ideas to

become Independent Indonesia and he explained too his struggle basis.

And when he has just free from isolation, he jointed to organization

again directly.

The first time Indonesia became Independent is the hardest time because Indonesia had to defend the

Independent status from Netherland that had colonized Indonesia for 350 years and Japan that had colonize Indonesia for 3, 5 years. He always struggle in order ‘Indonesia will not ever be colony country anymore, and fall in the suffering of colonize hand

anymore.’

He always active in his organization and awaken all of members spirit. There was never world

disconsolate to reach Independent Indonesia. And when Indonesia has got Independent Country, he

became the first president.

Because he was so active in leadership, he had many experiences in many organizations. The organizations /

parties he joined are: PNI (1927) as leader;

Partindo (1932) as leader;Empat Serangkai (1942) or four top Indonesia leaders are Bung

Karno, Moh.Hatta, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and H.Mas Mansur; Putera(1943);

Tju Sangi In (1943) as leader. It was adviser council for citizenry; Djawa Hokokai, Seinendan, Keibodan,Peta, Heiho, BPP (1942-

1945) as leader of them. They were solder organizations; BPUPKI and PPKI (1945) as leader. They were the committee for

preparing the Independent Country. And the last position is The First President for 20 years (1945-

1965).
