Up gradation on evolving hiring methods – Recruiters, Consultancy and the Corporate. 90% of the total recruitment community are still doing Hiring 1.0 and 1.5 in India. Where else US and European countries has surpassed us to reach Hiring 3.0. We are lacking behind in our skills to feed the recruitment need for ourselves and our clients.

Be Social – Always get your self connected with the industry peers. Use Social Media tools for better recruitment results. Most of the recruiters don’t have a complete and proper social media strategies. Many leave their avatar blank, intimates their present co as ‘confidential’, without no contact details etc. The more complete and strong social media profile we have, the more confidence we gain from our candidates.

Watch the ROI – Create an employable talent pool than going for an unknown workforce. Make everyone employable.
