The Centre for Management Development (CMD) invites applications on behalf of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) from

eligible and qualified candidates for deployment in the Project Implementation and Monitoring Department of the Government of Kerala as Project

Coordinators/Junior Resource Persons on Contract Basis for the Monitoring of High Valued Projects (including KIIFB projects) being implemented in the

State. Interested candidates may apply via ON-LINE mode only, by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of the Centre for Management

Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram (www.cmdkerala.net). The details are given below.

The on-line application submission link will open on 09/06/2021 (09.00 A.M.). The last date for submitting on-line applications is

23/06/2021 (05.00 P.M.).

Note: Candidates will have to upload their updated detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV), passport size photograph (taken within six months), signature and

copies of certificates proving qualification and experience while submitting the application. The photograph and signature must be in JPEG format. The

size of the photograph must be less than 200 KB and the size of the signature should be less than 50 KB. The CV and the copies of certificates shall be either

in PDF format or in JPEG format, and shall not exceed 3MB size in total.

Post-Graduation in Engineering. Preference will be given to: i. Candidates from the top 100 institutes as per

National Institutional Ranking Framework

Graduation in Civil Engineering Desirable - Post-Graduation in Management

from Institutes of repute. Or

Graduation in Engineering

with Post Graduation in Business

Administration/Public Policy. Preference will

be given to: i. Candidates from the top 100 institutes as per

(NIRF) 2020 of MHRD (refer Annexure 1) ii. Candidates with Graduation

in Civil Engineering

Essential Attributes i. Excellent communication skills, written and

spoken (in Malayalam and English as evidenced through a written test)

ii. Good Logical, Analytical and Critical

Reasoning abilities (as evidenced through a

screening test) iii. Advanced Computer skills in

Project Management Tools

Selection Process

The proposed selection process is given in the table below:

Tentative Timeline

The tentative timeline of the recruitment is as given in the table below:

Instructions to Candidates

• Selected candidates should be willing to work in any of the fourteen Districts in Kerala, as required by the Government of Kerala/KIIFB. • Period of Contract will be initially for a period of TWO years renewable for a further period of ONE year based on the annual performance assessment of the previous two

years.

• It shall be noted that admission to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection

processes are satisfied. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny

will result in the rejection of candidature. • The recruited individuals will be supported to build their capacities in carrying out their functions.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email/SMS regarding further procedures. Hence, candidates must ensure that valid email address and telephone/contact

no. are provided.

• The medium for screening test will be English.

• KIIFB/CMD reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for screening/written test/technical presentation/technical interview/final interview, as the

case may be for the post, based on the marks secured in their qualifying examination and/or years of relevant experience. Candidates should clearly mention the marks

scored in their qualifying examination in the application. The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate.

• Equivalency certificate of the respective University shall be produced for considering any other degree with reference to the notified degrees.

• Any type of canvassing for favouritism will be considered offensive and legal action will be taken against those who attempt to do so. In the event of any information

provided by the candidate being found false or incorrect/incomplete at any stage, their candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated without any notice.

KIIFB/Government of Kerala reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised.
